Footwork exercises will be adapted to cater for different levels with easier versions or more difficult versions depending on the students level. BATA DE COLA CLASSES Students must have their own bata de cola skirt. Please note warm up and explanation of technique is done without the bata on so you may wish to bring trousers/track suit pants for first part of class. Course will teach students how to move and control the bata de cola correctly and to avoid pitfalls such as standing on or flipping the skirt. Recommended for those who have not attended bata de cola classes previously or regularly, or those wanting to join the Friday bata de cola classes on a regular basis.
